查爾斯庫克是納帕谷的第一家酒莊。由著名的彼得蒙大衛(wèi)家族于1861年創(chuàng)建而成。
酒莊致力于釀造高品質(zhì)的葡萄酒。酒莊的釀酒師以及管理者皆是納帕谷最具經(jīng)驗(yàn)的專家。以小彼得蒙大衛(wèi)為主的團(tuán)隊(duì)堅(jiān)持以“質(zhì)量遠(yuǎn)勝于數(shù)量”為宗旨，只在豐收季節(jié)采摘高質(zhì)量的葡萄。
好的葡萄，要求天時(shí)地利人和。在1999到2009期間，酒莊開始采用波爾多的一些克隆葡萄進(jìn)行種植。酒莊2010年份的波爾多紅葡萄酒正是用這些葡萄釀造而成，口感飽滿，層次分明。
酒莊所擁有的850公頃的11個(gè)葡萄園均為可持續(xù)性種植，是名符其實(shí)的納帕谷最佳酒莊之一。
